Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Knowledge Base Development:
- Lead the development and maintenance of an organized and comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and update relevant information.
Content Management
- Oversee the creation, review, and editing of knowledge articles, documents, and resources.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content across the knowledge base.
Training & Onboarding
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure a consistent approach to knowledge management.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
Quality Assurance
- Establish and enforce quality standards for knowledge content.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and address content gaps.
Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing within the organization.
Technology Utilization
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend relevant tools for implementation.
Metrics and Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for knowledge management.
- Generate regular reports on the performance of the knowledge base and team contributions.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail in project documentation and coordination.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed recommendations.
