Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Monitor and Controling Achievement agent’s KPI
- Monitoring by checking Achievement Performance KPI each Agent
- Conduct monitoring and coaching performance season with Agent
- Audit manage outlier and identify improvement with focusing indicator
- Conducts performance/scorecard reviews and team meetings;administer rewards
- Coordinate with Supervisor and quality assurance to identify systematic quality improvement
Controlling live chat operational
- Resolve agent issue
- Ensure quality of Chat rely on Transaction Monitoring Procedure
- Monitoring, Finding Agent and member update mechanism product and procedure
- Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly process improvement continue on going
- Update Chat routing
People Development
- Conduct monitoring and coaching performance season with Agent and Member
- Ensure all Agent understand insentive program, retention program
- Interview prospective employees and extend job offers
Data Reporting
- Represent the team on special projects/initiatives
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
- An Associate or Bachelor degree in communication, management or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or coordinating role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Ability to handle complex customer interactions and provide support to team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to coordinate team activities, manage workflows, and ensure efficient operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in local language and English (mandatory).
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and support team members in resolving challenges.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and relevant training.
- Ability to analyze team performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
