Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Quality Control Measures
- Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production or service delivery process.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards.
Documentation
- Create detailed and accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and defects.
- Report and track defects, working closely with development or production teams for resolution.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product or service quality.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance Assessment
- Ensure products or services comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and update quality processes accordingly.
Customer Feedback Analysis
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality.
- Work with customer support teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communication, Management, etc).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in local language and English (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Keen attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
