Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Real Time Monitoring
- Monitor activities on the floor in real time, including call queues, agent performance, and service levels.
- Use monitoring tools and dashboards to assess the current state of operations.
Schedule Adherence
- Ensure agents adhere to their schedules by monitoring breaks, lunches, and other off-phone activities.
- Make real-time adjustments to schedules to address fluctuations in call volume or staffing levels.
Performance Analysis
- Analyze real-time performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to team leaders for immediate performance adjustments.
Queuing Management
- Monitor and manage call queuing to minimize wait times and optimize service delivery.
- Implement strategies to address high call volumes or unexpected spikes
Briefing and Communication
- Conduct real-time briefings with team leaders and agents to communicate important updates, changes, or adjustments.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration on the floor.
Reporting
- Generate real-time reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and floor activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on current performance metrics.
Problem Resolution
- Address and resolve real-time issues, including technical challenges, escalations, and agent support needs.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement solutions.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a real-time monitoring or similar operational role.
- Familiarity with call center or customer service operations is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using real-time monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with call center software and communication platforms.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
