Saat ini perusahaan membuka kesempatan kerja untuk posisi Software Designer dengan penempatan di Cikarang, Bekasi. Saat ini membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk mengisi posisi berikut.
Posisi: Traffic Export Staff (Required: Familiar with SAP/ERP System and Ceisa 4.0)
Penempatan: Cikarang, Jawa Barat
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum age 18 years old
- D4/S1 Transportation Management / Industrial Engineering / Logistic Management
- Have 1 year working experience, in the same field is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with SAP/ERP system and Ceisa 4.0
- Able to identify problems, set up countermeasure, and do continuous improvement
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to respond quickly to changing situations and adapt to business needs
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and generating new ideas
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle export shipment preparation, including space requirement calculation, booking arrangement, and space allocation with forwarders
- Prepare export documentation and customs-related documents accurately and timely
- Process export transactions and documentation in SAP/ERP system
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, carriers, customs officers, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure compliance with export regulations
- Maintain proper documentation filing for customs audits and company records
- Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
