Posisi: Production Planning & Control Staff (Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis)
Penempatan: Cikarang, Bekasi
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizing abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fast response and proactive attitude.
- Innovative, initiative-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and control PH production plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Purchase PH parts to support production requirements.
- Issue and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) for PH, both overseas and local suppliers.
- Maintain PH parts master data (overseas and local).
- Operate PSI for PH to control requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
- Prepare inventory budget planning for PH (BP and FC).
- Prepare and calculate PH capacity for Monthly PH BOP.
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers (overseas and local) via email and phone regarding delivery schedules and other related issues.
