Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Execute the strategic roadmap for paper technology development, ensuring all initiatives align with long-term corporate objectives and adhere to strict SMART targets.
- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of paper product development, managing projects from initial conceptualization through to successful industrial implementation.
- Scout emerging industry trends and breakthrough technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing production processes and product functionality.
- Engineer comprehensive project plans, including the clear definition of objectives, milestones, budget allocation, and the assignment of cross-functional team responsibilities.
- Supervise the execution phase of paper technology projects, ensuring that every activity remains strictly within the scope of the development plan.
- Validate that all technological innovations meet predefined quality standards and technical specifications, maintaining full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Design and implement rigorous testing protocols to evaluate the performance of new technologies and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Analyze process data and experimental results to drive evidence-based improvements and maintain robust quality control standards.
- Standardize all technical documentation, including process logs, inspection reports, and operational procedures, to ensure long-term consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate project status through detailed technical and operational reporting, focusing on performance metrics, compliance, and test outcomes.
Kualifikasi:
- Bacheloru2019s Degree (S1) in Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Technology, Materials Science, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the paper industry or related manufacturing sectors, with a proven track record in process application or product development.
- Deep understanding of Papermaking Technology, Wet End chemistry, chemical, and Material Science related to cellulose and additives.
- Proficiency in operating and analyzing laboratory equipment and industrial machinery.
- Solid grasp of Project Management principles within a manufacturing environment.
