Penempatan: Karawang, Jawa Barat
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop the core concepts, methodology, and measurement parameters for the companyu2019s Customer Service Index
- Oversee the research platforms and manage the integration of the corporate client database to ensure data accuracy.
- Create and manage high-intent SEM campaigns based on industrial keywords and targeted LinkedIn B2B campaigns.
- Design and manage the end-to-end marketing infrastructure (both digital and physical) required for global brand activation.
- Continuously monitor Google Rankings for strategic keywords and oversee overall website traffic performance via Google Analytics.
- Produce monthly progress reports on Google activity and ad spend efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive monitoring of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and global trends within the cigarette paper industry.
- Provide data-backed insights to the management team to identify new market opportunities.
- Review emerging marketing technologies (MarTech) to keep the company competitive and strictly monitor the annual budget for all research and advertising activities.
Kualifikasi:
- Bacheloru2019s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
- Must be fluent in English (Active) and Indonesian.
- Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Management, and Customer Survey tools.
- Ready to join by January 2026.
- Willing to relocate to Karawang
