Posisi: Parts Production Engineering and Control Staff (Required: Proficient Use of QC 7 Tools)
Penempatan: Cikarang, Bekasi
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to communicate and understand information in English (active).
- Proficient use of QC 7 Tools.
- Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Improve parts quality by monitoring defects and coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and related departments.
- Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved for new model development.
- Follow up and resolve quality issues related to parts and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
